The agreement
These terms govern your use of Paused FYI, a service provided by TableHQ LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
Provide an email address you control and protect login links, codes, and connected accounts. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with a parent or guardian's permission.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, violate provider or third-party rights, probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls, distribute malware, or use the service to harass others. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, providers, and the service.
Your content and public metadata
You retain ownership of the notes and other content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, and display it to you. Show artwork, descriptions, media, and links remain the property of their respective owners and providers.
Subscriptions, billing, and availability
Access to the private archive requires a paid subscription after any offered trial. Subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown when you choose a plan until paused or canceled. No payment method is needed to start an offered trial; by adding one, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges. A canceled subscription remains available through its paid period. Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. The service is provided as available and may change, experience outages, or discontinue provider integrations.
Ending use and liability
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and TableHQ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
